In an effort to provide a professional experience for all clients and out of consideration for others, the following policies have been established. Please take a moment to review these terms prior to your first session.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Advanced booking is encouraged and is subject to availability.

Clients will be required to pay a deposit equal to no less than 50% of total cost of services at time of booking to hold appointment. An invoice will be emailed, and upon payment, appointment will be secured. Deposit will later be applied towards total cost of services actually rendered. You may choose to pay in full at time of invoicing. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is understood that unforeseen events will occur in everyone's life. Events such as illness, motor vehicles accidents, traffic congestion and family emergencies, may be some of the reasons considered when canceling an appointment.

Cancellation may be made with 24 hours or more advanced notice to avoid a fee. Same day cancellations made with 23 hours or less advanced notice will forfeit deposit and will be invoiced in if not already paid in full at time of cancellation. At therapist discretion and approval, you may be permitted to retain a credit towards a rescheduled appointment in the event of a 23 hour or less advanced notice cancellation. 

PAYMENT POLICY

All sums due should be determined at time of scheduling. Please prepare your payment exactly and prior to the session. Change cannot be made on location. Deposit is required to hold appointment. See above under 'scheduling' for deposit details.

Cash, check, and most major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) are accepted.

LOCATION POLICY

Services are performed onsite in the comfort of client's home, place of business or at an agreed upon location. 

Please prepare space, temperature, music, and lighting according to your preference.

**Therapist must have enough space to comfortably and safely maneuver around the table in upright and angled positions.

OTHER POLICIES

All new clients must print, fill out and sign an intake form prior to start of session. Please visit: http://www.abmp.com/members/pdfs/client_information.pdf. Therapist will collect the form and discuss with client at time of session in order to establish an appropriate plan of care. Should you have existing medical conditions that may be contraindicated for bodywork, please print the physician permission form to have signed by your physician if therapy is approved.

Should you wish the therapist to provide background music, upgrades or any special modifications, please indicate this at time of scheduling.
